Ceri Hand's cheerful, elegant dress stood out among the crowd attending the Sonnenzimmer
opening at the Arts Club of Chicago
. Alluring yet relaxed, the gallerist unwittingly followed the dress code established by Nick Butcher, Sonnenzimmer's cocreator. "Someone looking comfortable at an art opening really makes them stand out," Butcher says. But he did have a different look in mind. "The best outfits are the ones that make everyone aware of the of the inherent stuffiness of the whole thing," Butcher says.
