Spank! The Fifty Shades Parody
  • Spank! The Fifty Shades Parody
Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

Fifty Shades of Grey is reimagined in Spank! The Fifty Shades Parody, a play currently in production at the Royal George Theatre.

At Schubas, British songstress Al Spx, aka Cold Specks, performs in support of her debut LP, I Predict a Graceful Expulsion, a minimalist soul album that sounds like it was recorded "in a frigid cave," says Leor Galil, "but Spx's earthy, velvety singing fills those barren spaces as confidently as it dominates the tunes' relatively bustling climaxes." Esta Vivo opens.

At Township, Michael Sanchez and Monte LeMonte host the spoken-word series I Shit You Not!, in which local stand-up and improv performers—including Hannah Green and Joe McAdam—tell their most outlandish personal stories.
