New Year's Eve at Cibo Matto

In addition to the regular menu, chef Todd Stein is offering a five-course tasting menu for $120, $180 with wine pairings. The meal starts with brussels sprouts prepared with speck and includes tagliatelle pasta or truffled risotto, foie gras with dayboat scallops, grilled rack of lamb with minted farro and chestnut-leek puree, and a selection of desserts.
