When it comes to cook-offs, your options are usually limited to chili, ribs, and burgers. In an effort to buck the trend, chef Jose Garces and Chicago Gourmet magazine present the first annual Paella Cook-Off. Participating chefs include Zoe Schor (Ada St.), Brian Jupiter (Frontier), and Kevin Hickey (Bottlefork). A panel of judges selects the MVP (Most Valuable Paella), and the audience picks the "People's Paella" winner.
