Nicholas Day's review of River North's much-buzzed Aigre Doux--from a husband-and-wife team whose collective resume includes stints at the Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton, New York's Balthazar and Jean Georges, and LA's Chateau Marmot--went up on the Reader Restaurant Finder today. Given the chefs' impressive pedigrees, says Nick, "it's gratifying and somewhat surprising to discover that the food isn't crying for attention: it's simple, elegant, and good, full stop."
