Adam Peltz of MenuPages Chicago e-mailed the other day to sound the horn about the new MenuPages Chicago blog, which launched quietly on April 10. The sole contributor, Peltz is doing a pretty thorough job so far, with recent posts on Herve This, food options around the proposed Calatrava spire, and even a bit of intrepid reporting, on the heels of a New York Times report that Blackbird was serving humanely raised veal.
