Rick DeLeon, executive chef of Fulton's on the River, Patrick Quakenbush, chef/partner of Fleming's Prime Steak House & Wine Bar, and Chris Curren, chef/owner of Blue 13, will give free cooking demos using a traditional four-oven cooker tomorrow afternoon at custom furniture and kitchen store Cambium Home (119 W. Hubbard).
DeLeon starts out at noon with a dish of sea scallops and beef teriyaki, followed by Quakenbush at 1 PM with his restaurant's signature mac and cheese and Curren at 2 PM with braised pork belly and tuna with a crust of wasabi peas. Recipes will be available to take home. Samples of the dishes *might* be available--but no promises there'll be enough to go around.
