Rod Blagojevich today: "Greeting reporters this morning after his run, Blagojevich compared his situation to long-distance running.

"'Let me simply say I feel like the old Alan Sillitoe short story 'The Loneliness of the Long-Distance Runner,' " he said. "And that's what this is by the way, a long-distance run.'"

ME, LIKE A MONTH AGO: The loneliness of the long-distance governor

Update: Blago presser: He's crazy, should stop talking about health care, loves obvious poetry. "To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." I think that's what got him in trouble in the first place.

Update II: MSNBC has the video, or at least most of it. Health care, health care, fuck the House of Reps, women should have access to pap smears AND THE HOUSE DOESN'T WANT THEM TO.

Update III: YouTube! This seems to be the part that MSNBC doesn't have, in which he angrily recites poetry.

Update IV Breaking video!

Update V: If he gets kicked out of office, THAT BABY WILL DIE.

Update VI Comment of the year already goes to Marc Geelhoed (see below).
