3/12 -- Laughter Yoga

At 6 PM at the Renaissance Society (5811 S. Ellis), University of Chicago student group the Wrens hosts a free session of Laughter Yoga. The movement, based on the idea that laughter can reduce stress, increase pain tolerance and promote healing, aims to "dispel the notion that you need a reason to laugh." Chai and cookies will be served.
