The New York Times has posted online the complete — though heavily redacted — 2004 CIA report on abuses inside CIA-run prisons. It's also posted two subsequent CIA reports that supposedly, if you're listening to Dick Cheney, recount the intelligence successes that justified the abuse.
If you want to comment on what you read — or better yet, flesh out what we can learn from the documents — the Times makes that possible. The redacted portions are exasperating but can be fascinating. For instance, the four-page "Recommendations" section of the main report has been completely inked out.
