In honor of its fifth anniversary, Lincoln Park's Austrian Bakery & Deli is hosting a wine tasting with complimentary Austrian food and pastries. 5-7 PM, 2523 N. Clark, 773-244-9922, free.

Beers from Half Acre brewery—lager, Daisy Cutter Pale Ale, and “American-style bitter” Over Ale—will be paired with pumpkin and goat cheese gnocchi, lamb sausage sliders, and duck confit tacos, with chocolate-huckleberry creme brulee and a specialty cocktail for dessert, at this beer tasting.
