You could feasibly knock out your shopping for every adult on your list—from the avid home chef to the amateur baker to anyone who might like some cheesey sprinkles—at the Spice House. If they eat, you can find them something here.

A good place to start is with one of the dozens of gift boxes. The Bakers Deluxe features cinnamon that will make you realize all previous cinnamon you've had was actually shredded cardboard. The Basic Spices box is good for a novice cook, but the spices and seasonings are of such quality and flavor it's worth replacing whatever you have in your own cabinet while you're at it.

You can also mix and match custom boxes for the budding Rick Bayless/Julia Childs in your life, and the store will wrap and ship for you. (And for the next few days, through the end of November, ground shipping in the US is free if you buy four or more gift boxes.)

Perusing their inventory, you'll also find hard-to-find items like amchoor powder and charnushka. Pick up an Indian cookbook, scan it for spices you can't find at the grocery store, and put together a custom box here.

If you just want a can't-lose stocking stuffer, I recommend one of these: Vulcan's Fire Salt or the hot cocoa mix.
