Reps from Peak Organic Brewing discuss their IPA, Maple Oat Ale, and two other brews to be determined; all four will be offered in flights of five-ounce pours for $6.50; dishes like beer-cheese dip and beer-battered onion rings will also incorporate Peak brews. 7-9 PM, Dunlays on the Square, 3137 W.
