NBA Hall of Famer and master of the sky hook Kareem Abdul-Jabbar examines "the transcendence of sport and the body when put to its finest, most beautiful, and in many ways most pure use" in the program "The Body at Its Finest" (Mon 11/8, 6 PM, $15).

WTTW’s Check, Please! host Alpana Singh, pastry chef and Hot Chocolate owner Mindy Segal, and chef Paul Kahan (Blackbird et al) consider "The Perfect Meal" (Sun 11/14, 10 AM, $10).
