I haven't read the book yet, so I'll defer judgment, but Stanley Fish weighs in on The Offensive Internet: Speech, Privacy, and Reputation, edited by U. of C. Law heavies Martha Nussbaum and Saul Levmore and featuring their current/former colleagues Geoffrey Stone and Cass Sunstein. You can preview the book here, and for more you can listen to "Speech, Privacy, and the Internet: The University and Beyond," a 2008 conference featuring some of the book's contributors.
