Local author Arthur Plotnik, compiler of Better Than Great: A Plenitudinous Compendium of Wallopingly Fresh Superlatives, due out from Viva Editions in June, has included Reader food writer Mike Sula not once but twice on the very same page.

Here's the first citation, from a June 2010 One Bite on lychee pte de fruit (i.e., Vietnamese lychee jelly cubes):

[O]n the tongue they put up a slight resistance before dissolving into a tart blast of honeyed squishiness that initiates a dopamine overload.

Plotnik also singles out "superstratum of ethereal crispiness," a phrase from Sula's February 2010 review of Balsan. And Reader contributor Martha Bayne shows up from the same set of featured reviews with the phrase "minimalist masterpiece," her description of the grilled sturgeon with pork belly at Balsan's sister restaurant, Ria.
