Tonight from 6 to 9 PM at Packer Schopf Gallery (942 W. Lake) is the one-night-only performance of Unaveilable, a piece that "tackles the vast array of options that today’s women have in paving the way for a new generation of would-have-been wives, life partners, and baby-makers." It's the result of a collaboration of local clothing designer and boutique owner Anne Novotny of Frei Designs and the Happydog Performance Company.

Robin Richman's annual yard sale is today and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM at 2108 N. Damen—find everything from dramatically reduced clothes and shoes from past seasons to picture frames. Inside the store, everything is 15 percent off.

Down the street at 1872 and 1920 N. Damen, Michelle Tan, Claudia Kleiner Malabar Collection, and Clever Alice team up for a sidewalk sale on Saturday (11 AM-6 PM) and Sunday (noon-5 PM), with items up to 80 percent off and a chance to win raffle prizes.

Several local vintage purveyors—including Dethrose, Yellowbirdd, and Knee Deep—take part in the Summer Vintage Sale at RGB Lounge, 1420 N. Milwaukee. Find clothing and accessories dating back to the 40s as well as handmade items. It runs Saturday from noon to 8 PM and Sunday from noon to 5 PM.

As part of a multidesigner trunk show, Krista K, 3458 N. Southport, is offering 20 percent off all dresses both at the main store and at the Maternity & Baby boutique, 3530 N. Southport. Brands include Robert Rodriguez and Lilac Maternity. The sale starts Saturday and runs through June 12.

On Saturday, vintage boutique Dovetail Chicago (1452 W. Chicago) holds a day-long celebration of its third anniversary in conjunction with Beauty Bar (1444 W. Chicago). From noon to 3 PM, pop a balloon to find out your discount (10 to 50 percent), check out the unisex clothing line from Jeffrey Millbern, and drink cocktails created by Through the Looking Glass. At 8 PM they'll head over to the bar, where there's no cover from 8 to 9 PM (with RSVP) and you can buy a lottery ticket for a chance to win prizes from area businesses.

On Sunday, the first monthly Dose Market combines food and fashion in a "European-style" market at River East Art Center, 435 E. Illinois. Participants on the fashion side include the designer consignment business Luxury Garage Sale, shopping site Twentythirtyforty.net, and designer Christina Fan of C/FAN. It's from 10 AM to 4 PM; admission is $10 at the door, $8 online.
