Wicker Park’s Francesca's Forno hosts Let Them Drink Bourbon, a five-course dinner paired with small-batch bourbon. Fred Noe, great-grandson of Jim Beam, will speak about the featured bourbons and the history of small-batch bourbon. Dishes include brown-sugar-glazed bacon jerky paired with Moonshine, and pancetta-wrapped striped bass paired with Basil Hayden's bourbon. Reservations required.

Weegee’s Lounge hosts a bottomless Three Floyds pint night, with all proceeds going to the Saint Baldrick’s Foundation to fight childhood cancer. Påskbord, the traditional Swedish Easter feast that marks the end of Lent, will be celebrated at Ikea today with an all-you-can-eat smorgasbord. Dishes include smoked salmon, Swedish ham, meatballs, herring, and assorted Swedish desserts. Tickets must be purchased in person.

UNICEF’s second annual Taste of Tap event is tonight, a fund-raiser for World Water Week in which thousands of restaurants nationwide help provide clean drinking water in Vietnam, Togo, Mauritania, and Cameroon (among others), by asking diners to donate a dollar for their drinking water. Former Top Chef contestant Dale Levitski of Sprout as well as chefs from Crux, Centered Chef, and A Razor, A Shiny Knife will take part in live cooking demonstrations and serve water-themed food and drink. What’s Brewing in Chicago? The Politics of Beer is a discussion of the history and politics of Chicago’s pubs and breweries. The speakers will be Elizabeth Garibay, public program manager of the Chicago History Museum and founder of the Tales, Taverns & Towns web project, and Pete Crowley, president of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild and owner of the Haymarket Pub and Brewery.
