Clever Alice shut its doors earlier this year, but it's back temporarily with a pop-up shop through Sunday. Clothes and accessories by 25 designers, including French labels MC Planet, Fred Sabatier, and 2026 Paris as well as a smattering of local names, are 75 percent off. It takes place at 409 W. Huron; hours are 10 AM to 7 PM today, Friday, and Saturday, and noon to 4 PM on Sunday.

Tonight the Chicago Fashion Foundation, which provides scholarships for area fashion students, is holding a benefit: "The Little Black Dress Party." Tickets, which are $25 for members and nonmembers wearing a black dress and $35 for everyone else, include cocktails and a chance to win raffle prizes. They're available at the door; the event runs from 7 to 9 PM at Deuce's and the Diamond Club, 3505 N. Clark.

Even though summer has barely begun, Robin Richman is holding another one of her end-of-season sales, offering 25 to 50 percent off spring and summer merchandise. It's at 2108 N. Damen.

Starting Friday and running through June 17, Krista K (3458 N. Southport) is offering 20 percent off all dresses. Labels include Black Halo, Velvet, and Rebecca Taylor.

Also starting Friday, Gem Bar is having a sale on bridal jewelry: 20 percent off one item, 25 percent off two to four pieces, and 30 percent off five or more items. 1013 W. Webster.
