Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

Hallelujah, the tradition of dyeing the Chicago River green continues. Prime viewing spots for the dyeing—let's assume they'll go green again this year—include the east side of the Michigan Avenue bridge and the west side of the Columbus Drive bridge.

The Irish American Heritage Center has a less smelly and cold Saint Patrick's Day celebration than the one outdoors, featuring lots of genuine Irish music and dance (Dooley Brothers, Trinity Academy) and all the revelry, all under one big roof.

They Might Be Giants perform at the Vic with openers Moon Hooch. In this week's Soundboard Miles Raymer calls TMBG "deeply subversive musicians despite their purposely cartoony image"; the show's restricted to those 14 and over.
