Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

West Town Bikes is hosting its weekly Women & Trans Open Shop: you can tune up your bike "in a fun and social atmosphere." Besides tools and work space, the shop is sharing repair and riding tips, and other bikers will offer their stories.

Kevin Coval, the Louder Than A Bomb founder, presents Schtick, his latest collection of poetry at Up Comedy Club, alongside a hip-hop variety show featuring Rick Kogan (Chicago Live!), performances from local rappers Malcom London and Defcee, and "a DJ, a rabbi, and an accordion player." Presented by Haymarket Books.

At Columbia College's Hokin Hall, Chicago Filmmakers presents the local premiers of Evan Grae Davis's It's a Girl and Kate Nace Day's A Civil Remedy. Part of Feminism Flatlined, a documentary series that "explores the impact of today’s media and an increasingly sexualized culture on teenage girls and young women."
