Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

What the hell is going on in The Shining? The documentary Room 237, showing Thursday and Saturday at the Siskel, offers lots of theories from various obsessives (or "cultists," as the Reader's J.R. Jones called them), but it's always more instructive, and more fun, to go back to the primary source, which you can see at Film Center tonight

Pete Orner reads from his new novel, Last Car Over the Sagamore Bridge, at the Sulzer Regional Library.

Maria's Packaged Goods & Community Bar hosts an ice cream social, featuring Lindemans fruit beer paired with ice cream from Ruth & Phil's.
