There's not a whole lot to be said about Motorhead. The punky heavy-metal band was formed by former Hawkwind bassist Lemmy Kilmister in 1975, and has kind of been doing the exact same thing ever since, which is making breakneck, heavy, whiskey-fueled rock 'n' fuckin' roll rippers. Their efficient formula for creating lean, hard-as-nails songs hasn't let up, and judging by today's 12 O'Clock Track, "Queen of the Damned"—a preview from their upcoming 21st (!!) studio LP, Aftershock—it's not going to anytime soon, even as Lemmy pushes 70. If you like Motorhead, you'll love "Queen of the Damned." If you don't love Motorhead, then there's something wrong with you.
