Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

Yeah, yeah, we know Chicago's a great theater town. But how many plays have you actually seen lately? Now it's Chicago Theatre Week, when you can get discounted tickets for dramas, comedies, musicals, improv, and just about anything else you'd care to check out. Tonight's shows include Luna Gale at Goodman Theatre and Tribes at Steppenwolf Theatre.

Strangeloop Theater presents French With Me 4: French Quarter, an annual performance of original work from local playwrights about love, lust, and romance. A reception and silent auction precede the performance.

Son of a Gun plays at the Empty Bottle tonight. In Soundboard Brian Costello writes, "Overall the music provides what people tend to want from garage rock when they’re in the mood for garage rock—something raw and immediate that you can drink shitty beer to."
