North Coast Music Festival launched in 2010 with a lineup mixing jam, rap, and dance, which Miles Raymer accurately described it as "a hippie hip-hop rave." The musical scope of the Labor Day weekend bash has broadened in the years since it launched—last year's lineup included chintzy indie-rockers Passion Pit, bluesman Gary Clark Jr., and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band—but it remains a party centric affair.

North Coast turns five this year, and it'll be back in Union Park from August 29 through August 31. The fest's lineup leaked last night—the big headliners are Bassnectar, Kid Cudi, Snoop Dogg, and Sound Tribe Sector 9.
