Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

After much anticipation, Thalia Hall—the renovated Pilsen music venue attached to Dusek's and the Punch House—is up and running. And to mark the opening, the inaugural Thalia Hall Haul sets up shop. The community market features local and regional food, craft and furniture vendors, and all sorts of other goodies. Grab a drink, have a bite, do some shopping, stay a while.

Dancer-choreographers Liz Burritt, Kristina Fluty, and Rebecca Salzer team up with opera director Kristine McIntyre, composer Alex Temple, videographer Anna Ryndova, and designers Alina Bokovikova and Aaron Sherkow for a multidisciplinary interpretation of the late photographer Vivian Maier's work. Bird Lady focuses mostly on Maier's striking photographs of women on the street caught off guard, with three dance solos and monologues. Read Jena Cutie's preview, then go see the performance tonight at Links Hall.

It's a family affair tonight at the Chicago Theatre. Grammy award-winning flamenco musicians Gipsy Kings perform tonight as part of their 25th anniversary tour. Opening for the duo is another pair, Ole Noys, comprised of the Gipsy Kings' sons.
