Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

Need a good laugh? TV funnyman George Wendt of Cheers fame visits the Improv Nerd podcast at Stage 773. Hosted by improv veteran Jimmy Carrane, Improv Nerd is one part interview, one part live improvisation. After the improv performance and a discussion of Wendt's life and career, Carrane unpacks the creative process behind the improvised scene in a Q&A session.

Head over to West Town's West Fest for a day of live music, food, pet-friendly games, and pop-up roller skating. Chicago Avenue between Damen and Wood is bustling with food vendors, live art-making, and musical acts like Death, Mannequin Men, and DJ Justin Reed.

There's nothing quite as satisfying as a good food fight. From noon to 6 PM, Soldier Field transforms into a pulpy red mess for Tomato Blast. Beer and live music accompany the festivities, and you can choose to either spectate or nail your friends, enemies, and random strangers with fistfuls of soft, ripe tomatoes.
