Weather defined Pitchfork's soggy second day. The storm that rolled through the Chicago area on Saturday resulted in a brief evacuation of Union Park, shortened sets from Ex Hex and Kurt Vile, and thousands of soaked festgoers trudging through muddy conditions between stages.

Despite the afternoon gray skies, the crowd's disposition seemed sunny as the sky cleared in the early evening and organizers quickly got the music schedule back on track. Reader photo editor Andrea Bauer and photo intern Rosario Zavala braved the inclement conditions to shoot all the wet and wild action. (A poncho-clad couple making out counts as "wild action," right?)
