Choices include beet carpaccio, Maine lobster tail, boneless short ribs with polenta, butternut squash with tortelloni, lobster ravioli, roasted grouper with cauliflower puree, beef tenderloin with wild mushrooms and truffle butter, Nutella creme brulee, poached pears in red wine, and a flourless chocolate cake with Chantilly cream, and wild berries.
