A Spirited Dinner

Nana hosts a dinner that pairs the organic, free-range and zabiha halal products of Whole Earth Meats with beers from Goose Island; reps from both companies will be on hand to talk to diners. The four-course meal, served family-style, includes cassoulet with rabbit and duck confit, paired with Belgian pale ale Matilda; lamb shank braised in and paired with Pere Jacques, a Belgian-style abbey ale; and dark chocolate bread pudding with beer caramel, dried cherries, and Calvados-roasted apples, paired with Bourbon County Stout.
