Chef-owner Ryan McCaskey offers two seatings at his just-opened South Loop restaurant. The five-course prix fixe menu features farm eggs with mushrooms, creme fraiche, and truffles; scallops with white chocolate ras el hanout and olives; Wagyu beef with mushroom conserva and potatoes three way; Wisconsin blue cheddar with apple, shallot, and thyme; and pistachio curry dacquoise with rose petal semifreddo and brut champagne. A vegetarian menu is also available with advance notice. It's $125 at the 6 PM seating, where the vegetarian menu is $100, and $150 including wines at the 9 PM seating, where the vegetarian menu is $125. All include wine pairings.
