On Wednesday, in celebration of National Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day, Red Flower Acupuncture Studio is hosting its first-ever Acufest from noon to 8 PM. Guests get a personalized acupuncture session, either to induce general well-being or to treat a specific ailment--insomnia, stress, migraines--and can participate in yoga classes, guided meditations, and a tai chi demonstration, all free of charge. There will also be a complimentary Chinese tea bar, and Sun and Moon Catering will serve a variety of skewers, from minted fruit to chicken and beef kebabs. Raffle prizes and gift certificates will be given away throughout the day. --Megan Roberts
