Copresented by British music magazine the Wire, this festival features music at the Empty Bottle, 1035 N. Western, film screenings at the Gene Siskel Film Center, 164 N. State, and a closing party at Open End Gallery, 2000 W. Fulton. The Bottle shows are $15, the Film Center screenings are $9 ($7 for students, $5 for members), and free passes to the closing party will be distributed at the Bottle during the festival.
