Anniversary Dinner

With help from Slow Food Chicago, Sepia's executive chef Andrew Zimmerman celebrates the restaurant's third anniversary with a five-course dinner paired with small-production wines. The appetizer is carpaccio of confit octopus with watermelon, cucumber, sesame, and kimchi; other courses include pan-roasted bass, lamb loin wrapped in cured lamb belly, and a white chocolate-mascarpone tart. Reservations are required.
