The ad that was run in the September 4 issue featuring a pregnant woman to advertise a "Pre-Labor Day Party" was tacky at best. That this pregnant woman was shown holding a cigarette and a drink was disgusting. Given what we know about the dangers of alcohol and cigarettes during pregnancy, printing this ad was very irresponsible. Is this paper that desperate for ad revenue?
