Armstrong's Fun Factor



This is in response to the "Pandering to Base Emotion" letter that you received [November 26].

I think this guy is a bit too uptight about what Liz does. I find her reviews reveal what will be the fun factor of a given show. And for me (and I'm sure a lot of others), that fact is just as important as the quest for discovering musical finesse in this city. I mean, isn't having fun at least half the reason people go out to see these bands live?

Dude, if you don't like the reviews, then boo hoo. But stand down, man, 'cause some of us do.
