Strengthen and stretch to maximize your training efforts! Join triathlon and running coach Donna Schober for a program designed to keep your body in optimal shape during training. Are you new to running? Planning on participating in any running or triathlon events? Want to try to prevent those reoccurring injuries from occurring during your training? 6-week session.
