Join us at the Green City Market at 9 a.m. where we will purchase produce, herbs, cheese and bread for class. You can also meet us at in the Alliance kitchen at 10 a.m. and help prepare Monet’s Herb Soup; Asparagus and Chèvre (goat cheese) Tart; Rhubarb Compote in Punch Syrup and Cheese Sorbet.

Price: $75 for members, $85 for non-members
