The new Lincoln Park burger joint Butcher & the Burger is now offering butchery classes. We can't think of anything more romantic than learning how to break down a whole hog, but for Valentine's Day chef Al Sternweiler will teach participants how to cook tenderloin and live Maine lobster in a class on surf and turf.
