Executive chef Nicole Pederson and pastry chef Melissa Trimmer are offering a four-course prix fixe from 6 to 10 PM featuring choices such as apple salad with warm cheddar dressing and walnut bread, foie gras with ginger-spice bread, blue-cheese and bacon-crusted fillet of beef, pan-seared scallops and veal sweetbreads with ras el hanout-spiced squash, and chocolate beignets with creme fraiche gelato, hazelnut, and espresso.
