Chef Greg Biggers and pastry chef Patrick Fahy present a five-course tasting menu that includes choices of hiramasa or foie gras terrine, seared foie gras with black truffle tortellini or bay scallops with lobster, Maine lobster or truffle-poached Dover sole with chorizo, fillet Oscar with blue crab fondue or lamb rib eye, a Meyer lemon sorbet with basil and persimmon, and vanilla-honey parfait or dark chocolate ganache with 24-karat gold, fleur de sel, and hazelnut sorbet.
