In the January 12 issue, the oyster gourmet says, "Do you know anybody from Louisiana?" in regard to oysters, on them being slow or stupid mentally ["The Oyster Whisperer"]. This so-called gourmand wouldn't know what a mountain oyster was from his own oysters. Maybe he should have a billboard sign: "No Cajuns allowed to eat here."
