This Atlanta-based chain dry ages its Black Angus beef in-house, a custom that's given way to wet aging in Cryovac by many other steak joints. A display cooler in the waiting area looks like a museum exhibit, but it's a good sign nevertheless. It also works well with the hunt club decor—burgundy-patterned carpeting, mahogany wainscoting, paintings depicting fox hunts, and leather-bound books in cases (regulars can lease lockers for storing their personal wines). The wine list is excellent too—California cabernet is the king here, with a variety of sought-after vintages and producers available.
