Cena Michoacana con Tequilo Corralejo

Fuego's chef Juan Luis serves family recipes like tamales with chicken, pan-seared white fish over mole verde Michoacano, and piloncillo rice pudding at this four-course tequila dinner. A representative from Tequila Corralejo will kick off the evening with a presentation on the history and cultural impact of the Mexican liquor, and guide guests through a tasting of three tequilas.
