With its new Green City Market Cookbook, the Green City Market has taken the mystery out of shopping at a farmers' market. (What the hell are you supposed to do with fresh Swiss chard anyway?) Nearly 100 local chefs gather to celebrate the book's launch and show what they can do with the market's ingredients at the Chef BBQ Benefit. Locally made beer, wine, and spirits will also be flowing.
