Bourbon lovers will be treated to a deliciously unique one-night-only culinary event at The Signature Room at the 95th on Sunday, June 27. Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin has partnered with Buffalo Trace Distillery to create a single barrel of bourbon for this summertime dinner. The mouthwatering five-course dinner is complemented by signature bourbon cocktails. The Signature Room will welcome Kris Comstock, Bourbon Brand Manager from Buffalo Trace Distillery, as the guest speaker for the event. He will introduce the unique distilling methods and background of this well-loved bourbon. The multiple award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery based in Frankfort, Kentucky.
