Koi owners Bing Zhou and Sandy Chen teach participants to mix dough, roll dumplings--including pot stickers, steamed, and pan-fried versions--and make a sauce to accompany them. Admission includes samples, wine, and a $20 gift certificate to the restaurant. Call to reserve a space.
