John Freyer of Dogfish Head brewery presents six beers paired with dishes from chef Marianne Sundquist, including Midas Touch Golden Elixir with fig-ginger chutney, puff pastry, and chocolate dukka, and 120 Minute IPA with braised brisket, red onion, cilantro, orange, coriander, and cocoa nibs.
