Mobile food mavens Anne Kostrowski (Crumb Bread, Bun Pow Buns) and Mike Bancroft (Co-op Hot Sauce, Bun Pow Buns) collaborate with Pete Kelly on a prix fixe meal that'll be paired with cocktails by Darkroom's Arunas Ingaunis. Seasonal preparations served tonight include an oyster pan roast amuse and two courses that include goat--a charcuterie plate with goat mortadella and goat merguez comes with pickled ramps, and a smoked goat entree gets jamaica-poblano reduction and pepita brittle.
