I would love to have been at the meeting that Charlie Trotter most certainly called the day after the article appeared ["My Dinner With Charlie," February 2] and where 17 people got fired. But Ms. Bayne should have done what I do if I get cold food at the Denny's--just tell the waiter to pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. (But not on high--it is gourmet food, after all!)
